#Week 2 – How to turn your ‘meow’ into a ROAR!
You’ve been lookin for the wrong suit.
Okay, so it’s been a week since you’ve woken up from the tranquilizer dart and your slowly making your way through the thick, dense forest towards the battlefield.
You are acutely aware that at any moment the enemy could attack you.
Er, not quite.
But I can image Satan wearing a suit.
A tailored suit.
One a prosecution lawyer would wear.
In Revelation 12:10 it says, ‘ For the accuser of our brothers, who accuses them before our God day and night.’
Can’t you just imagine Satan standing in the Heavenly Courtroom reading out a very long list to God of what you’ve done wrong ?
DAY AND NIGHT. ACCUSING. YOU. TO GOD.
And if that doesn’t knock the wind out of your sails, he coats the back of those accusation notelets with thick glue called FEAR – just so they stick.
Once he’s hoodwinked you into wearing your false identity, it’s just a hop, skip and a jump to obtaining your destiny.
It sorta turns that great ROAR you’ve managed to find into a ‘meow’ again, right?
I’ve been there.
I felt the tentacles of intimidation and fear wrap around my throat as my finger hovered over the ‘publish’ button for my first ever Blog.
“What if nobody likes your blog posts and you can hear the crickets from ten miles away?” Whispered his creepy voice behind me.
So do you know what I did?
I took a deep breath, looked him straight in the eyes and…
Well, you know the rest.
If there’s just one thing you take away from this post today, it’s this,
Whenever God asks you to step out in Faith and trust Him, the enemy of your soul will send his hordes from Hell to stop you from reaching the destiny God has planned for you.
So lets take another look at Revelation 12 and read verses 10 and 11.
‘Then I heard a loud voice in Heaven say: “Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ. For the accuser of our brothers, who accuses them before our God day and night, has been hurled down. They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony.
Now you have some ammunition to fire!
Your testimony is like Kryptonite to Satan. It renders him weak. So speak it out!
So who’s your REAL ENEMY?
It’s fear, intimidation and accusations.
and the puppet master who pulls those strings?
That’s right my friend, ‘the accuser of the brothers.’
You defiantly don’t want to miss next weeks post fearless BattleCat because we are going to learn how to use God’s armour!
Ohhh yes. I can hear your sassy finger snap right across cyber space!
