Unshakeable Faith
Do you have unshakeable faith? The kind of faith that has been through the refiner’s fire? No? Well, get ready, my friend because God is ready to shake some things out of your life that could be holding you back.
The only way to develop an unshakeable faith is to go through the refining process, and that requires heat. I know, it sounds scary but it is a necessary part of developing an unshakeable faith.

Refining the fire within
I want you to imagine for a moment, that you’re molten gold, and you’ve been placed in a crucible that’s ready to go into a hot fire. The heat makes all impurities rise. Stuff that needs to be burnt off. Stuff that you need to let go of so you can step into the future God has for you.
Now, don’t get me wrong, this isn’t about being perfect. That’s not why God puts you through the refining fire. He needs you to trust Him to get rid of anything in life that is holding you back.

This is about unshakeable faith. Hebrews 12 tells us that, …we receive a Kingdom which cannot be shaken…and our God is a consuming fire…
The world is a shaky place but if we trust in God and His unfailing love. He will refine the fire which we carry within and turn it into an unshakeable faith. Psalm 16:8 says, ‘I have set the Lord before me; because He is at my right hand, I shall not be moved.

Your faith is of great value, more valuable than gold. It’s not comfortable being in the fire, letting go of things. And the shaking is never easy. But doesn’t your heart yearn for something more? Something greater than where you currently are in your faith? People are attracted to unshakeable faith they’ll want to know your story of how you rose above your circumstances of how you became a warrior, who was forged in the fire they’ll see that it’s worth the struggle.
Your faith is of great value to you and to the God that you cherish because you went through the refiner’s fire and came out the other side with an unmoveable, steadfast, unshakeable faith.

September 25, 2019Same as being pruned. Pieces get cut off. Not very enticing and painful too! Some things become so much a part of us we assume its normal. Some of the baggage needs to go! Pruning, refining fire…its all dross that needs to go.
